Over the last few months things have been a little quieter on our side.
Fewer posts. Fewer updates. Fewer late-night ramblings about cycling, health, performance and the strange overlap between suffering and enjoyment that seems to define this sport.
But behind the scenes, a huge amount of work has been happening.
We’ve been refining what Tweede Adem actually is — not just as a cycling clothing brand, but as a broader idea around performance, longevity, recovery and the second wind many of us discover later in life.
Building The Next Chapter
A big focus recently has been the development of our supplement line.
We’ve spent a long time researching ingredients, suppliers and formulations because we wanted to avoid producing another generic “sports supplement” label with flashy marketing and little substance behind it.
The first products currently in development are:
- A mitochondrial support stack focused on energy production, recovery and long-term athletic function
- A magnesium-based recovery formula designed to support sleep, hydration and post-ride recovery
The goal has always been simple:
create products that support sustainable performance and healthy longevity for everyday athletes — not just elite racers.
There’s still work to do, but we’re getting closer.
Local Partnerships & Events
We’re also hoping to begin working alongside local cycling and event providers across the Norfolk and Suffolk region in the near future.
Grassroots cycling has always mattered more to us than chasing trends or appearing “big”.
The local club rider.
The rider returning to fitness in their 40s.
The early morning winter miles.
The café stop after a hard chain-gang.
That’s the culture we care about building around.
We’re excited to share more on that soon.
Simplifying The Kit Range
One of the biggest lessons we learned over the past year is that complexity kills momentum.
Too many variations.
Too many overlapping products.
Too many decisions.
So we’ve stripped things back and focused on creating a cleaner, more coherent collection.
Moving forward, the range will centre around four core lines:
Core
Our indoor and high-breathability range designed for turbo sessions, hotter days and hard efforts.
Relaxed Fit
A more forgiving fit aimed at newer riders or cyclists looking for premium comfort without an aggressive race cut.
Race Ready
Technical mesh performance kit built for faster riding, harder training and race-focused days.
Adventure
Designed for longer days out, mixed terrain and endurance riding where practicality matters as much as speed.
You’ll find more technical details and specifications elsewhere on the site, but the overall philosophy is now much simpler:
fewer options, better products.
Two Designs. One Identity.
We’re also refining the visual side of the brand.
Rather than endlessly releasing disconnected designs, we’re consolidating the collection around two signature styles:
- Salient
- Olive line
Both draw heavily from muted military-inspired tones:
olive muted, khaki, deep burgundy and earthy colours inspired by Flanders, European cycling heritage and the landscapes tied to the history of the sport.
More importantly, we’re keeping colour consistency across the entire range.
Socks should match jerseys.
Caps should work with bibs.
Layers should integrate naturally.
Because honestly?
There’s no point building a cycling wardrobe that clashes every time you get dressed for a ride.
Cleaning Things Up
We’ve also been simplifying the website, refining product structure and trying to make the overall experience cleaner and easier to navigate.
Less noise.
More purpose.
That applies to the products, the writing and the direction of the brand as a whole.
Thanks For Sticking Around
If you’ve followed along quietly while things slowed down a bit — thank you.
We’re still here.
Still building.
Still riding.
And we’ve got a lot more coming soon.
