Why Tweede Adem
Tweede Adem means “second wind” in Dutch. It is the moment strength returns, the mind clears and you realise there is still more ahead.
Founded by Ben Spittle, a former military serviceman and current Advanced Paramedic, Tweede Adem draws on years of service, resilience and the need to reset. Cycling offered space to think, reconnect and keep moving, shaping a brand built around more than performance alone.
The landscapes and history of Flanders shape the visual identity. The Salient Line draws on Ben’s military service, while the Olive Line reflects his career in the ambulance service. Through inclusive kit, meaningful collaborations and support for causes that matter, Tweede Adem exists to help more people find their own second wind.
