Every product we make — whether it's a jersey or a supplement — is backed by evidence, built to last, and priced without bullshit. If we can't justify it clinically or practically, we don't sell it.

About Me

I'm Ben — a former soldier, an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, and a cyclist who's never quite been able to leave a challenge alone.

Years on the front line and on the road taught me the same lesson twice: preparation matters, evidence matters, and nobody benefits from shortcuts when it counts. That's the standard I've carried into Tweede adem

This isn't a side project — it's the next mission. Tweede Adem, The Repository, and everything else under this roof exist because I want riders to have access to the same level of honesty and quality I'd expect on a job where lives were on the line. No fluff, no filler, no false promises. Just kit, products, and support that actually do what they say.

I'm building this from the ground up, on my own terms, because I believe sport — and the people who chase it — deserve better.
